Lemongrass Pork Chop Brine

Tried and true with rave reviews! I won’t eat pork chops any other way. Seriously!

Brine= 4 cups water +1/4 cup salt (I use Himalayan pink salt for added nutrients) + 1 drop lemongrass

*lemongrass and rosemary also pair well

Mix the above ingredients well in a shallow dish. I used a 9×13 pan. I used a wire whisk to mix the salt with the water. Add rinsed pork chops. Soak for 30 minutes to 2 hours before grilling. Grill to your preference. Enjoy!
